The Role
The Netflix EMEA Marketing, Advertising, Comms and Consumer Products (MACC) legal team is seeking a talented and passionate advertising lawyer to support our ad supported offering in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will help support our growing ads team, drafting and negotiating contracts, media terms, trading deals, and other related contracting in addition to assisting with business playbooks, workflows and training when needed. They should have in-depth experience working with advertising clients and a passion for practical dealmaking and business-oriented lawyering. The lawyer should be highly curious, eager to jump into new projects, help the business navigate regulated industries and the evolving advertising landscape and willing to help with the wider MACC legal team work where needed. They must be highly collaborative, working effectively with their MACC legal teammates, internal clients, and cross functional partners, including Ad Sales, Ads Policy, AdTech, Product, Privacy, Marketing, Comms and Consumer Products, and Business and Legal Affairs. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level attorney to join our MACC Legal team and support our growing business while continuing to hone their skills and develop their industry knowledge.
This role is based in Berlin and reports into the Director, EMEA MACC legal based in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, demonstrate great initiative and be excited and inspired by the Netflix culture.
