Corporate Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Local contact person for all security-related issues and further development of the security concept for the site, taking into account contractual and internal company security standards.
• Review and evaluation of project-specific contractual security requirements with regard to physical security, personnel security and information security as well as derivation and coordination with those responsible for corporate security, information security, project managers and the relevant departments, among others.
• Consultancy and professional support for project managers in the implementation of project-specific security measures from the tender and bidding phase through the ongoing project phases to project completion.
• Creation and updating of corresponding procedural and security instructions, security documentation.
• Maintaining inventory, verification and personnel lists.
• Collaboration in internal company security projects, e.g. access and visitor management, emergency management and ISMS.
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external security audits and processing of security incidents.
• Collaboration in the conception and implementation of instructions, security training and briefings to increase company-wide security awareness.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in risk and security management or a comparable degree (e.g. business administration, information security, IT security) or corresponding professional training.
• Relevant professional experience in the area of corporate security / information security and knowledge of security standards (e.g. ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection).
• Practical experience and knowledge in the implementation of project-specific security requirements of the European Union (EU), the European Space Agency (ESA) or other international institutions desirable.
• Good interdisciplinary thinking and ability to find pragmatic solutions as well as good judgement.
• A high degree of responsibility, independent working style, team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
