Join our team as As part of the Controlling team, we offer you an exciting and responsible role in our core division wound care. You will be responsible for all controlling-related tasks in the interface to production and work closely with the Operations department. As a controlling expert, you will guide your business partners through all financial processes and be the central contact person for financial issues.
Responsibilities:
Analysis the business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and creating transparency for the Head of Operations
Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants
Continuous review of results and initiation of improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners
Carrying out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting and monthly financial statements and preparing these for the Head of Operations
You work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and you are responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division
In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations
Guidance, coaching and challenging of the production controllers in the plant
Qualifications:
Successfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting
Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working
Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills
Very good English and German language skills
