We are looking for a dedicated Technical Consultant (m/f/d) for complex web applications, apps and eCommerce systems (focus on product modeling and payment).

As a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for projects from initial consulting to go-live and operation. You form the interface between customers, technology, project management and the other SNK units (UX, Creation and Digital Marketing). Your ownership and strong communication skills will bring the project to a successful conclusion.

Your tasks:

1. Content and strategic management of projects and steering of the project team for qualitative and budgetary success.
2. Creation of technical solution concepts (data models, interface specifications, system architectures if necessary) in collaboration with the team.
3. Translation of customer and UX requirements into technical requirements and tickets (requirements engineering).
4. Pre-sales support. From initial consultation on the technical conception of DCX solutions to cost estimates for potential new customers.

You offer:

1. At least three years of agency experience.
2. Very good people skills, a sense of responsibility and the will to succeed.
3. At least five years of experience as a software developer with a focus on CMS, eCommerce, web applications and apps. You should be familiar with Wordpress, TYPO3, Storyblok, Contentful, Magento2, IBEXA or Pimcore.
4. Good knowledge of software and system architecture, APIs and web technologies in general. You should be familiar with ID providers, payment frameworks, ERP and PIM.
5. Good general understanding of common frameworks in JavaScript (Node.js, React & Next, Angular, Vue & Nuxt) and PHP (Symfony, Laravel, etc.).
6. Very good knowledge of German and English.
