You will assist the department with ongoing projects and supervise students and trainees. You will also prepare presentations and be responsible for time management.
You will be responsible for training and event management, including LMS training administration and the planning, preparation, and delivery of events and training courses.
Your responsibilities will also include third-party management, i.e., overseeing department-specific contracts with external partners and managing the budget.
You will be responsible for the department's internal communications.
You will regularly produce and distribute departmental reports to various audiences.
Your Talents
Successfully completed commercial training.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of learning and development or related fields.
Strong business acumen.
Good knowledge of SAP, including SuccessFactors, and MS Office suite.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
