Your Role
At Döhler Group, as a leading global producer and provider of natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions, we recognize the importance of transparent reporting & steering of Safety, Compliance & Sustainability in driving a positive change in the Food and Beverage Industry.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Controller to join our Supply Chain Controlling team in Darmstadt with a focus on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability topics.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in further developing & implementing the steering concept & the reporting framework of the abovementioned topics.

Your Tasks
- You act as a co-pilot to the business functions to jointly create a robust functional steering concept.
- Enhancing, implementing, and strengthening the reporting framework on health, safety, and sustainability to support business partners in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies is your passion.
- You define key performance indicators to measure performance and process efficiency.
- You analyze data to generate insights: identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and help business functions drive actions.
- Supporting the business function in a robust target setting for the next year and also the 5-year roadmap/strategy is your aim.
- You create dashboards and automated reports on these KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- You ensure that Döhler’s CSRD is aligned with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Accounting & Reporting Standard, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), and Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), while supporting the identification and management of sustainability risks.
Your Profile
- You have a strong desire to work towards a sustainable future for the world.
- You have a basic understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks or the desire to become familiar with and learn about these concepts.
- You hold a master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, or sustainability.
- You have at least 4 to 7 years of professional experience in controlling and business partnering, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of SAP software solutions is desirable.
- Strong communication skills to engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) complete your profile.
- Your working languages are English and German.
