Your responsibilities:

• Independent management of actual, planning and forecasting processes
• Further development of actual, plan and forecast reporting and methodology
• Development and implementation of dashboard solutions in PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Development of solutions for rolling forecasts
• Resolving critical conflicts of interest and balancing the interests of all stakeholders
• Target derivation and control of material cost targets on levers
• Implementation and further development of the risk management process
• Preparation of final presentations and decision papers up to Management Board level
• Coordinating the delivery, preparation, analysis and quality monitoring of data deliveries, process monitoring and optimizations
• Coordination with stakeholders regarding actual data, reconciliations and currencies
• Coordination with Investor Relations regarding comments on material price developments for annual general meetings, annual press conferences and analyst conferences

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of controlling product projects or finance processes, alternatively several years of experience in a complex subject area, preferably in finance/controlling
• Experience in dealing with higher hierarchical levels
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of working with PowerBI and SAP Analytic Cloud
• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical, methodical and conceptual skills
• Strong team orientation, independence and willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills with a confident manner and a high degree of moderation and conflict management skills
