Tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly / annual reports for the assigned area of responsibility; ad hoc evaluations, conceptual further development of reports and analyses; independent monitoring / analysis of business KPIs.
  • Monitoring / analysis of the responsible business KPIs / clarification of deviations with various specialist departments; development of new fields of action within the assigned area of responsibility of measures that lead to a decision proposal.
  • Implementation, control/processing of business management tasks/projects.
  • Advising the divisions/department management in their own specialist area.
  • Preparation: key figure meetings to manage the product groups.
  • Creating business presentations for operations reviews, annual financial statements/planning with templates.
  • Ad hoc: Presentation of the CSR activities of Division ES in external audits; development / creation of a divisional document for the CSR Board of Rh AG; planning / implementation of CSR site visits by the CSR team of Rh AG.
  • Entering the CSR data report into Rh AG's SAP database for the companies.
  • Preparation of CSR reporting for the ES division (coordination within the ES division) and communication to the management of the ES division.
  • Preparing/summarizing information from Rh for the division management.
  • EnEffCo (Rh AG tool for monthly recording of CO2 emissions): Data maintenance; user management: obtaining contact data / forwarding to service providers as well as advising and, if necessary, training users in data entry; data entry of CO2-reducing measures (input from specialist managers), transformation of the input into the calculation logic of the existing database; permanent responsibility for data quality and the organization of data maintenance in the EnEffCo software through a reminder service to the organization in the event of missing or implausible entries.
  • Performing special business management tasks/analyses, in particular for Rh AG's Group Controlling department; obtaining and exchanging the necessary basic data of the ES division in cooperation with the external service provider using the service provider's templates and internal documents, creating suitable information flows from the organization to the service provider, transferring deliveries from the organization to the service provider's format.
  • Coordination of questions/information from the AG's specialist managers, the service provider and specialist managers from the ES division regarding the AG's Group-wide CO2 Neutral 2035 project.
  • Coordination/execution of special CSR queries, e.g. ESG rating; reporting the project status to the division management as part of management information.
  • Participation in project discussions of the AG as a representative for the ES division. The aim is to achieve the project goals (in this case CO2 neutrality 2035). Information on the current project status in the divisions is exchanged in the meetings. In addition to the informational nature of the discussions, they also serve to promote professional collaboration (e.g. workshops). The information obtained is then communicated to the division management and the specialist managers.
  • Participation in internal workshops and jour fixe meetings as part of CSR.

Requirements:

  • Commercial studies with a Master's degree or comparable.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP R3, Business Warehouse and MS Office.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to present and formulate complex business contexts clearly and comprehensibly.
  • Strong ability to work in a team.
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working.
  • High resilience, communication skills at all levels of the company, organized / structured.
