Control Systems Programming Engineer (m / f / d)

• Creating PLC project and programming according to engineering documents and commissioning of control panel in workshop
• Testing project control system hardware and software
• Attending and conducting customer acceptance tests worldwide as well as Modbus communication tests with customer control system worldwide...
• Verifying and implementing controls engineering project specifications
• Review client specifications for PLC, I/O, Cyber Security, etc.
• Create PLC hardware and software list of material
• Implementing and review of project documents like Network Diagram, Logic Diagram, etc.
• Meet project time schedule and cost budget as well as supporting remotely commissioning of compressor train and proposal engineering creating customer offers

What you bring along:

• University degree in Automation / Instrumentation / Controls / Electrotechnical Engineering or similar
• Over 5 years of knowledge of control theory and PLC programming, including PCS7 V9.1 and/or RSLogix 5000 software
• Ability to write embedded applications in higher programming languages and plan PLC projects
• Industry knowledge of turbomachinery and/or oil and gas applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English. German preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to four times a year, each trip lasting one week
