As a Control Engineer for model-based control technology in the field of power electronics, you will be responsible for the model-based development of functional software and controls for our power electronic components in the context of heat pump and energy storage systems. Your impact
- You will play a key role in the development and simulation of robust controls using MATLAB/Simulink and contribute to the analytical design of the controls.
- You will analyze and define functional requirements and translate these into detailed design and test specifications.
- The execution and documentation of tests as well as the validation of the developed algorithms in different test environments are also part of our work.
- You will contribute your technical expertise to the creation and further development of model-in-the-loop (MiL), software-in-the-loop (SiL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) test environments.
- You will support the integration of power electronic components into the overall system and make a significant contribution to the success of the entire development process.

- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable degree programs.
- Experience in the development of control systems for power electronic components.

- Knowledge of non-linear control methods, model predictive or adaptive control is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of C and automatic code generation and Python is an advantage.
- You are fluent in German and English.
