Contracts Manager

Location: Germany, Frankfurt or Berlin/Hybrid working
Full-time/Part-time/Internship: Full-time – 40hrs/week
Department: EPC

Based in our Frankfurt/Berlin office, you will be responsible for all aspects of Contracts Management, spending time with the departments of Engineering & Construction, Procurement, Legal, and Asset Management to provide contract management support for a portfolio of allocated contracts across EPC and O&M functions. Under the direction of the Head of Contracts, you will support negotiations and the construction of utility scale EPC, O&M, and supply contracts. Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance, including:

• Managing performance to SLAs and against KPIs;
• Ensuring all other contractual obligations are fulfilled;
• Supporting negotiations of commercial settlements and claims with contractors;
• Maintaining contact with the marketplace to be aware of the latest trends and sector initiatives;

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline is required.
2. Experience within the EPC and O&M Contracts Management arena.
3. Extensive experience in Solar PV EPC and O&M Contracts Management is strongly preferred.
4. Good personal organizational & management skills;
5. Ability to act on your own initiative after receiving appropriate direction;
6. Excellent team working skills;
7. Attention to detail;
8. Ability to produce high quality written report drafts;
9. Fluent in both German and English;
10. Ability to develop good working relationships with all levels of staff;
11. Confidence in using office IT systems and programs, especially word processing and spreadsheet programs.
