In Summer 2025, Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community, and event spaces.

In your role as Manager Content Production & Operation Media Studio, you leverage and advance your expertise in media content production and manage our multimedia studio. You create animated video content for our brand and assist startups in the media content creation process.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• You create appealing and high-quality video and animated graphic content for our brand presence in the startup ecosystem.
• You will be responsible for managing the media studio with all its technical features and develop a service offer for the Campus Founders marketing team and other residents of the space.
• As first-level support, you are responsible for the media technology equipment in our event spaces (video devices, audio systems, and peripherals) with all its technical features for internal and external stakeholders.
• You manage our event equipment, multimedia recordings and streaming, as well as digital signage for all users.
• You will be part of internal and external creative projects together with the Campus Founders marketing team.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You bring initial experience in content creation, photography, video and audio production, as well as social media formats, and feel comfortable in this environment (content or event production).
• You are proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have experience in video editing.
• You have knowledge of common office tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, and HubSpot).
• You are interested in innovative, AI tools for content creation and have gathered first experiences.
• You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as outstanding time management.
• You work responsibly, in a structured and reliable manner, and feel comfortable in changing settings.
• You speak and write fluent German and English.
