DUTIES ON DECK

1. Product decision - you are responsible for choosing the best travel content available on the market
2. Strategy & planning - you give creative and professional input to build the Holiday Pirates brand in the PL market
3. KPI-based sales & performance analysis for our products and campaigns - numbers don’t scare you, but help you make better product decisions
4. Booking experience - You are able to put yourself in our customer’s shoes with an eye for detail, when it comes to the user journey
5. Big picture - You are able to focus on a broad range of travel topics and sources (e.g. own arrival, city trip, package) and identify trends in the travel industry as well as in our user community
6. Team work - You work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to get the best reach out of a post
7. Non-deal content - Besides travel deals, you will provide interesting and SEO-optimized content as well as PL travel news
8. Digital Marketing - After creating a post you have what it takes to get it on our social media and push channels

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

1. You simply love writing! Storytelling and viral seeding are your favorite tools
2. You have 2+ years’ work experience in online content production
3. Great knowledge of the PL travel market
4. Experience in market analysis and ability to identify travel trends in the PL market
5. You are well-traveled and have very good knowledge in researching travel deals
6. You have experience and motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
7. Excellent Polish language skills (native level) and expression
8. Based in Poland is a must
