Make a difference.

• You develop concepts, strategies, and implementation plans along the entire value chain with an industry focus on manufacturing (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech, and medical technology) for our national and international customers.
• You accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for causes of action and prepare analyses with regard to strategic fit and optimization potentials.
• Depending on your experience, you will take on (partial) project management tasks.
• You support the acquisition, development, and expansion of the business unit.

Bring your experience.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a recognized management consultancy including experience within the manufacturing sector (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech, and medical technology), ideally with initial (partial) project management responsibility.
• You have extensive project experience in the following areas: supply chain management, digitalization, performance management, or organizational design.
• You have a high affinity for digital topics and technologies.
• You are an outspoken team player, have a high level of customer orientation, and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, are creative, and have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• You have an excellent degree (Master, PhD, MBA); preferably in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering with a focus on supply chain management.
• You are willing to travel for customer assignments.
