Your mission

Your tasks involve:

• You support cross-industry client projects in the areas of digital transformation and business model development (DAX, MDAX level).
• You optimize existing processes and implement new ways of working and new technologies.
• Together with our clients, you develop and scale new business models ('like-a-startup').
• You support the steering of project teams and the creation of high-quality results using startup methodologies (e.g. Corporate Startup Canvas, Lean Startup and more).

Your profile

• Very good to good (upcoming) university degree (bachelor/master), regardless of the field of study.
• Ideally, you have gained first relevant work experience in a startup (e.g. (co-)founder, internship), a corporation (e.g. internship in the area of transformation/innovation) and/or a consulting firm (e.g. internship or student consulting).
• You do not shy away from taking responsibility and you bring a dedicated and reliable way of working, as well as attention to detail with you.
• You are team-oriented and work cooperatively.
• You have a general understanding of customer- and team dynamics.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• Your communication skills in German and English, as well as your willingness to travel complete your profile.
