The role will cover all aspects of Construction Service delivery.
The role would be based in Basel (CH) or Frankfurt (GER). As our construction projects vary in location, the role will require flexibility in relation to travel throughout the DACH region.
The role is senior, client-facing, requiring the ability to inspire confidence from the taking of a client brief through proposal preparation and onto construction delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the development and management of the DACH Construction Service business
- Work closely with the PM Group DACH Management to grow, enhance and continually develop the overall service delivery.
- Ensure that the Construction Service delivery complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
- Act as proposal manager for all Western Europe CM proposals and manage the CM inputs to multiservice proposals.
- Management of project Construction Services personnel including recruitment, liaison, onboarding, coordination, training, development and mentoring.
- Flexibility to step in and lead construction projects on site as required.
- Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QA/QC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.
- Work closely with Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors (Life Sciences, Food, Manufacturing & Mission Critical).
- Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction /Project Management desirable.
- 10+ years professional experience.
- Fluent in English + second language (German, Dutch desirable).
- Proven track record in EHS Leadership.
- Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of DACH region H&S statutory requirements.
- Good understanding of DACH region contractual models and supply chain capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at management and operation level.
- Proven Construction Business management track record.
