Construction Project Delivery Manager - Data Centre - Permanent - Germany

Our client, a developer of multi-customer and hyperscale data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Delivery Manager to join their current project in Germany. They have a strong portfolio of constructing world-class critical infrastructure and are chosen time and again for their resilient power and cooling, robust security, and sophisticated monitoring systems.

Construction Project Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

1. Fluent in English with vocal and written skills.
2. Proficient in the use of MS Project and other MS Office programmes.
3. In-depth knowledge of general construction building, M&E works, and local authority approval processes.
4. Understanding of Health and Safety legislation, in particular CDM Regulations.
5. Fully versed in PM tools, techniques, and methods.
6. Ability to recognise quality workmanship at all levels of building construction.
7. Substantial experience in the data centre and/or construction/engineering industry.

1. Must be able to demonstrate initiative.
2. Must have the ability to work accurately under pressure.
3. Must be able to operate in an open management style and structure with an emphasis on teamwork.
4. Strong time management skills.
