Construction Manager (m/f/d) Technical Building Equipment

We are currently searching for our client in the Böblingen area, for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) Technical Building Equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Independent and responsible supervision of complex construction projects in the field of Technical Building Equipment (TBE).
• Active management of schedules, costs, and building quality throughout the project.
• Advising and supporting our clients from the start of construction to handover to the end user.
• Managing project management tasks, including technical consulting and controlling.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the entire project phase.
• Coordinating and overseeing the planning services during the construction phase.
• Supporting contract, quality, cost, and risk management according to predefined processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in building services engineering or certified technician with comparable qualifications.
• Solid experience in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, a quick grasp of tasks, and a high level of commitment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and the ability to engage and convince people.
• Willingness to continuously learn and work well in a team.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Willingness to travel is required.
