The Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various both small and large projects for the electronic and battery industry within a highly dedicated team of professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities :

• Accountable for overall construction performance including but not limited to EHS (Environment Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule, and Quality performance for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry.
• Leading the construction organization on site.
• Leading construction meetings with subcontractors on site.
• Definition of the construction plan for the projects.
• Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project.
• Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site.
• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the client.
• Report the project construction status to the company management as per corporate procedures.
• Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process.
• Ensure corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline.
• Be a visible positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in related industries (electronic and battery), EPC construction management experience or long-term comparable experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
• Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies.
• Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization.
• Engage in engineering world-changing facilities contributing to groundbreaking advancements.

• Commitment to incident-free workplace practices ensuring safety and security for all team members.
• Completed university studies in the field of engineering, or comparable qualification through technical training with several years of professional experience (5+ years of professional experience in planning engineering, electrical engineering).
• Basic knowledge of clean room regulations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Building automation systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software, DIALux or similar.
• Confident handling of common PC programs and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Quick comprehension.
• Willingness to travel (domestic travel to the project sites about 10%).

Education

Completed university studies in the field of engineering, or comparable qualification through technical training with several years of professional experience.
