Complaint Handling Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate complaint records, ensuring timely closure of files.
- Interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) as applicable.
- Draft and communicate customer letters related to complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all complaint handling records.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate training records.
- Reopen complaint files when required for further investigation or resolution.
- Participate in projects related to complaint handling and product performance improvements.
- Support regulatory and procedural deadlines with clear prioritization.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training with 3+ years of relevant experience; 1-2 years of medical device complaint handling or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet regulatory and procedural deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and medical device quality systems regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 803).
- Hands-on experience in medical device complaint handling is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Critical thinking and effective time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with medical device, anatomical, and physiological terminology.
