As a Marketing Manager, you will work with the global sales teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and translate those into effective, actionable inputs for the execution of integrated B2B campaigns and the Sales Enablement Strategy of the company. This role supports the Sales Team in every step of the sales cycle and ensures we create various touchpoints with the client to deliver our defined, created, and steered marketing campaigns through all phases with budget responsibility - from the identification and target-group-oriented development, the design creation and preparation of the content, through market segmentation and the selection of suitable communication measures and success measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation and planning of the global budget and marketing strategy.
  • Create and implement multichannel sales enablement, product marketing, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube) campaigns for the regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • Manage, implement, and monitor all marketing measures (Content Creation, Creative Design, Strategic events, and Implementation of Marketing Campaigns).
  • Provide strategic marketing support for sales teams within the frame of the company’s Sales Enablement Strategy.
  • Design marketing collaterals for mailings, social media posts, and brochures.
  • Create company presentations, brochures, and general marketing material.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate the annual client survey within Deutsche Börse Group.
  • Leverage CRM for the implementation of the Sales Enablement Strategy.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with daily business activities.

Your Profile

  • BA / BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.
  • Significant experience in integrated B2B marketing.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and a team player.
  • Passion for the Financial Markets and industry knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in developing content-based, client-centric, and sales-supporting marketing campaigns, including the ability to help originate content and/or adapt content for local industry relevance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior sales leaders and C-level executives.
  • Skilled at managing resources to effectively achieve marketing goals, including budgets and third-party suppliers.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines, and schedules; ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in a cross-cultural context.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
