About HEY MOMIE

HEY MOMIE is a community-driven social club for women, mothers and pregnant people, offering a space for connection, support, and meaningful conversations. We believe in creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone can share their journeys, learn from each other, and build lasting friendships. We are rapidly growing and active infour cities across two countries, bringing moms together IRL and online.

We’re looking for a passionate and resourcefulCommunity & Engagement Manager (Volunteer)to help us grow and strengthen our community. If you love bringing people together and fostering engagement, this is the perfect role for you!

Community Management

• Engage with our community across Discord and WhatsApp, fostering meaningful conversations.
• Moderate discussions, ensure a welcoming environment, and encourage participation.
• Organize (virtual) meet-ups and Q&A sessions to connect members.

Feedback & Insights

• Gather and analyze feedback from members to improve our offerings.
• Conduct short interviews or surveys to understand the needs of our community.
• Keep track of engagement metrics and share insights with the team.

Passionate about community building, motherhood, and creating meaningful connections.

A great communicator who enjoys engaging with people.

Creative, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.

Experience with Discord, WhatsApp groups, or online community management is a plus!
