We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join Toddlekind as we roll out our exciting new rebrand — think soft pastels, bold vibes, and all the fun of motherhood without losing your sense of self.

We’re on a mission to speak directly to moms like you — modern, intentional, a little extra, and totally fabulous. If you’re a creator at heart and love the idea of being the face (and voice!) of a baby brand that’s going big, read on.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Social Media Management
   1. Manage our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook (with a strong focus on Instagram)
   2. Plan and schedule engaging content (feed, stories, reels, lives)
   3. Show up authentically as the face of Toddlekind
   4. Respond to DMs and comments with heart and humor
   5. Spot and jump on trends before they blow up
2. Content Creation
   1. Produce fresh, thumb-stopping visuals and videos
   2. Use Canva, Photoshop, CapCut (or your favorite editing tools)
   3. Coordinate or shoot content from home — with your kids? Even better!
3. Email Marketing
   1. Own our email calendar — 2–3 on-brand emails per week via Klaviyo
   2. Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, etc.)
   3. Segment and target customer lists
   4. Analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and refine accordingly
   5. Collaborate with our Creative Director and CEO on campaigns and copy
4. Creator & Community Collab
   1. Manage our UGC content creators for ads and social
   2. Oversee influencer gifting
   3. Help identify brand affiliates aligned with the new Toddlekind vibe

You Are:

1. A Gen Z mom (or you really get Gen Z moms)
2. A fluent English speaker (German/French is a bonus)
3. Confident on camera and love creating content that feels real and beautiful
4. Highly organized and self-driven
5. Passionate about creating aesthetic, high-performing content

Your Skill Stack:

1. Canva: You go beyond templates to create polished, brand-aligned graphics
2. Klaviyo: Campaigns, flows, segmentation, tracking — you get it
3. CapCut (or InShot): For mobile-friendly editing
4. Photoshop/Lightroom: For simple, clean edits
5. Scheduling Tools: Later, Planoly, Meta Suite, etc.
6. Bonus: Shopify, Notion, or Monday for internal coordination
