Job purpose: Do you want to be part of an exciting journey? Do you want to actively participate in the creation of a new category within the Coca-Cola System?


This is a unique opportunity to join a team whose mission is to create the future Alcohol Ready-to-Drink (ARTD) business with meaningful scale and profitability impact for CCEP. This role will play a critical part in that.


The role supports building this category relevance and strengthening its performance by providing the BUs with a comprehensive execution strategy, creating a clear right to win with customers and strong consumer appeal, along with end-to-end action plans ready to be deployed locally through close collaboration with local teams and The Coca-Cola Company.


The role reports into the Group Alcohol Director and is responsible for building and implementing a clear Route to Market strategy and powerful best-in-class execution.


Key accountabilities/responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve our ARTD ambition.
  • Lead Category Management initiatives.
  • Build and drive the RMGM strategy.
  • Ensure coherence of local commercial policies by providing strategic guidance and harmonizing market approaches.
  • Foster innovation by designing and testing new business models, Go-to-market & RTM solutions that serve Alcohol while creating synergies with the core business.
  • Define the Channel strategy and prioritization to maximize availability, visibility, and sales performance across key touchpoints.
  • Develop impactful and customer-centric Selling Decks to support local markets.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
  • Define and track KBIs, monitor performance, and guide corrective actions to ensure commercial success and continuous improvement.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of ARTD strategies across markets and teams.

  • Broad and senior experience in a Commercial role.

  • Strong drive for results & action orientation.
  • Knows how to drive value and impact from concept to execution.
  • Effective collaborator and influencer to support the countries to drive success.
  • Strong listener and strong in building cross-business and country connections.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder management at Senior level.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Good Knowledge of our Coca-Cola System is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in selling alcohol to key customers and developing alcohol portfolio and business at scale is a real plus.
