Co-Founder & Business Development Executive - Cybersecurity MSSP

Company Overview: Growing cybersecurity MSSP specializing in premium security services (with minimal contracts starting at 20K+ CHF) seeking a strategic partner to drive business growth and market expansion.

Role Description: We're seeking an entrepreneurial leader to join as a co-founder with primary responsibility for business development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth in the Swiss cybersecurity market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead sales strategy and execution for enterprise-level security service contracts.
2. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
3. Develop channel partnerships with complementary technology vendors.
4. Create compelling value propositions for our managed security offerings.
5. Represent the company at industry events and speaking engagements.
6. Collaborate on overall business strategy and future company direction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in cybersecurity sales or business development (7+ years).
2. Established network within Swiss enterprise organizations.
3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape and MSSP business models.
4. Track record of closing complex B2B deals (averaging 100K+ CHF annual value).
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a startup environment.
6. Excellent communication skills.
