Job Details

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Salary: $25.94 per hour, 45 to 50 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Workplace Information: On site
• Work Conditions: Noisy environment, Overtime required, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods
• Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
• Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Clean machines and immediate work areas

Experience and Skills

• Use of computer numerical control (CNC) machines
• Measuring tools: Gauges
