Seeking a Cluster Meeting and Events Sales Office Manager to join a vibrant and entrepreneurial team based in the central office in Frankfurt, Germany.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Revenue responsibility (M&E and group business) for 12 hotels in Germany.
- Analyzing hotel performance to efficiently adapt strategies in the MICE and group segment.
- Implementing new structures and optimizing workflows with the goal of increasing efficiency and revenue.
- Close collaboration with hotel directors, revenue management, sales, and hotel planning teams.
- Maintaining an open communication culture with internal stakeholders and promoting the team.
Your Profile:
- Several years of professional experience in event management and MICE sales on the hotel or agency side in a similar position.
- Strong expertise in leadership and team management.
- A positive attitude towards new processes and systems and the ability to implement them within the team.
- An open-minded and solution-oriented work approach with a high level of self-responsibility.
- Ability to maintain an overview even when handling multiple parallel projects.
- Initiative, strategic, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
