Cluster Information (Hotels Information)

Our hotels, Hotel Wolfsburg Centrum 4* and Hotel NNSiDE Wolfsburg 4*, both located in the heart of Wolfsburg and situated right next to the Volkswagen plant, a few metres from the iconic Autostadt, and opposite the VW Arena and the Phaeno, enjoy a strategic location perfect for organising business groups events and conferences.

Mission of the Cluster General Manager Position

As the highest-ranking executive in the management of our three hotels, the Cluster General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the cluster and the leadership of the hotel teams. This role entails overseeing the planning, coordination, management, and analysis of results across all departments, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency. The Cluster General Manager will lead with a strategic vision, driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the hotels.

What do we expect from our Cluster General Manager?

Required:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in general management with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
  • Functional knowledge of all department operations and experience in Business Hotel Management is mandatory.
  • Capability for driving financial performance and business opportunities as defined by MHI.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Able to work in Wolfsburg.
  • Market experience in Wolfsburg, particularly with knowledge of Volkswagen, Volkswagen suppliers, and consultancies working for Volkswagen and subsidiaries.
