Clinician Scientist

We are looking for a clinical scientist (clinician with a PhD or equivalent) for our consortium (https://www.grk2543.uni-stuttgart.de/). The position will be available from July 2025. The position can be filled for a period of 1.5 to a maximum of 3 years and is located in the field of urology. A urological background of the doctor would be advantageous.

Aufgabenbereiche

The Clinician Scientist will work on their own projects in the field of muscle-invasive bladder cancer. This will involve developing both 2-D and 3-D cell cultures that serve as models for multisensory tissue differentiation. Additionally, the Clinician Scientist will be responsible for organizing sensor measurements in urology as well as for video recordings of TUR-B procedures. Furthermore, they will also be involved in supervising our GRK scholarship holders.

Qualifikationen

Clinician with a PhD or equivalent. A urological background of the doctor would be advantageous.
