Clinical Education and Training Specialist (f/m/d)

Your tasks will include:

1. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both online and on-site, to dental professionals
2. Utilize your industry experience to provide valuable insights and guidance on 3D printing in the dental field
3. Create and manage training presentations in the regional language and English, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and effective
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and resources
5. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
6. Practice customer first attitude
7. Maintain a high level of motivation and proactivity, taking initiative in driving trainings in your region

Required qualifications:

1. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Dentist or Dental Technician or similar experience in the dental industry
2. Dental Doctoral degree or Certified Dental Technician is an advantage
3. Dental industry & Digital Dentistry experience is essential
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in training dental professionals
5. Knowledge of dental 3D printing technology is a strong advantage
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Flexibility to travel as needed for on-site training sessions
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
9. Experience in creating and delivering training presentations in French/Italian language is a plus
10. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
