Job Title: Client-Facing Marketing Manager | Location: Southampton & Remote Working

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client-Facing Marketing Manager who will act as a crucial link between our clients and our internal teams. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, providing expert consultation and project management to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee client accounts, developing and implementing bespoke marketing strategies aligned with their specific goals.
2. Leverage a range of resources across development, digital marketing, SEO, sales, design, and content creation to deliver comprehensive solutions.
3. Regularly meet with clients to discuss strategies, updates, and performance metrics.
4. Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through clear communication and consistent delivery on project objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns.
6. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing clients with insightful reports and future recommendations.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a marketing role and fast-paced environment, client experience favourable but not essential.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, content marketing, social media strategy, and more.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
6. Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
7. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
