Civil Site Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete and infrastructure work, the installation of foundations and concrete hybrid towers, in the wind industry. This includes the coordination of all aspects of the concrete and infrastructure work, including the design, construction supervision and final acceptance of wind turbine foundations and towers. In the role of Civil Site Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with project managers, engineers and customers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. This also includes the management of subcontractors and the final inspection and acceptance of concrete works.

YOUR TASKS

1. Supervision of the installation of wind turbine foundations, concrete hybrid towers and infrastructure works
2. Review and approval of construction plans and technical support for the project team
3. Regular consultations with the project managers, engineers and clients to ensure all work is carried out on time and within the planned budget
4. Compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards including coordination of service providers
5. Carrying out inspections and acceptance of concrete works
6. Documentation and proper filing of quality documents
7. Develop and maintain relationships with project partners, including customers, suppliers and building authorities

YOUR PROFILE

1. Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training with further qualification
2. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment, preferably in the wind industry
3. Knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of concrete construction or infrastructure projects
4. Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
5. Very good MS Office skills
6. Everyday dealing with customers to clarify technical issues
7. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
