Job Description

Title: Civil Engineer - Structural Engineering/Statics for Industrial Construction & General Building Construction.

Location: Essen

Day to Day Tasks:

1. You independently create static and dynamic calculations for projects in industrial construction or general building construction.
2. You guide employees in the design department in the implementation of structural solutions.
3. You would like to take on project management in structural engineering in some projects and thus more responsibility.
4. You work closely with the BIM, architecture, and building physics departments – even across your location.
5. You confidently use powerful and BIM-capable software.

Background:

1. You have completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering, solid construction, or steel construction.
2. You have several years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering.
3. Your German skills are business fluent; additional English skills are desirable.
4. You value working in a team and are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration.
