Due to continuous growth of the business, we are currently looking for a

Chief Compliance Officer (m / f / d)

to join the international Legal and Compliance Team and to be based in the client’s HQ in the Stuttgart area. In this role you will shape the compliance organisation and develop, establish and implement the company’s compliance programme and policies. The position will report into the Group General Counsel.

Responsibilities :

• Shape the compliance organisation.
• Develop, establish and implement the company’s compliance programme and policies.
• Report to the Group General Counsel.

Qualifications :

• Fully qualified lawyer (Germany).
• Substantial, relevant experience in compliance matters, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and high ethical standards.
• Very good leadership skills.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
