We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team and play a crucial role in our journey to success.

Job Description:

Join us as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at EcoBeam GmbH, spearheading marketing strategies in the impactful mobility industry. This role, compensated through equity, empowers you to shape marketing initiatives in our dynamic startup environment. It's a unique chance to gain CMO experience and be instrumental in driving change in the mobility space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives, including brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, and market research.
• Lead the marketing team in executing effective and innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and create strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and executive teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve the company’s marketing efforts.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the marketing team, encouraging professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• German C1 minimum
• Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in a senior marketing role, with experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve common goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and driving results in a fast-paced and competitive market.
