Chief Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our cyber security team in Bocholt.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Head of the Cybersecurity team and management of the Regional Cybersecurity Officer.
2. Implementation and management of a cybersecurity framework based on ISO/IEC 27001 and design of the further development and structure of organisation, policies, processes, services.
3. Implementation of a Security Operations Centre and responsibility for the management and operation of the corresponding services and suppliers (e.g. Vulnerability Management, SIEM, CERT, Endpoint Protection and Network Security).
4. Monitoring the performance of the cybersecurity management system and communication management.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

1. University degree in the field of (business) informatics or cybersecurity.
2. Relevant professional experience, especially in the field of cybersecurity.
3. You are familiar with frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL and COBIT.
4. You can evaluate and manage capabilities such as vulnerability management, SIEM, CERT, endpoint protection and the underlying technologies.
5. Relevant certification (e.g. CISM or CISSP) and initial experience in managing employees are desirable.
6. Strong communication skills in an international environment as well as an analytical, structured and results-orientated approach; business fluent in German and fluent in English.
