About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a global organization. This executive role requires expertise in financial restructuring, strategic planning, and global compliance, with a strong focus on growth and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an international finance team in a shared services setup.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Optimize capital structure, debt, and equity financing to support growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Drive financial process improvements and restructuring on a global scale.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals.

Key Qualifications

Proven CFO experience or a senior financial leadership role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.

Expertise in finance department restructuring and global process improvements.

Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in a private equity-backed environment (preferred).

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
