Responsibilities

1. Oversee as well as perform daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and IFRS accounting standards.
2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS accounting standards.
3. Participate actively in external financial audits.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations in close cooperation with internal and external tax advisors.
5. Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
6. Manage the statutory financial statements.
7. Ensure high-quality balance sheet reconciliations.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
2. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
3. 5+ years of experience in a comparable role.
4. Proficiency with SAP.
5. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
6. Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple priorities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
