Responsibility for receiving and checking goods to ensure food quality
Implementation and monitoring of mise en place for optimal preparation for daily operations
Organization and management of warehouse and cold storage, including the optimization of warehousing processes
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area

Strong sense of quality and responsibility
