Position: Chatbot Operations Specialist (Working Student)

About Neon:

Neon, our chatbot, has been a key player in our customer service strategy for over six years. With the recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), we aim to upgrade Neon to deliver a superior, more intuitive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write Training Data for Chatbot Models:
   • Create and curate high-quality training data sets to improve chatbot model performance.
   • Ensure training data is diverse, comprehensive, and accurately reflects user queries and interactions.
   • Manage and continuously improve training data to optimize AI model performance.
2. Develop New Dialogs for Users:
   • Design and write engaging and contextually appropriate dialogs for various use cases.
   • Tailor dialog content to meet specific user needs and scenarios.
   • Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure dialogs align with overall user experience goals.
3. Gain an Understanding of Current Chatbot Performance:
   • Analyze current chatbot performance metrics and user interactions.
   • Regularly identify and share areas for improvement in the chatbot experience.
   • Train and test models, independently addressing and resolving key issues.
4. Build Technical Proficiency:
   • Develop a solid understanding of our chatbot training and testing setup.
   • Work with the team to identify and propose enhancements for the chatbot's performance and user experience.

Requirements:

• Language Requirements:
  • Written & spoken German (C1 level) is a must. French, Spanish & Italian language skills are an advantage.
• User-Centric Attitude:
  • A strong focus on understanding and meeting user needs and expectations.
  • Ability to empathize with users and anticipate their interactions with the chatbot.
• Analytical Mindset:
  • Interest in data analysis; some experience with data analysis is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in Technical Matters:
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, NLP and chatbot technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
• Current Academic Pursuit:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's program at a German university or university of applied sciences.
