The Guest Services Agent performs the duties of Valet, Door and Bell Attendants as well as shuttle driver, and reports directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and expectations. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Guest Services Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent by being knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and the activities offered to our valued guests.
Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Opera PMS is required.
