Your tasks
- You develop and implement change management strategies and plans that ensure employee acceptance and adoption of change initiatives.
- The change initiatives are supported by timely communication of clear, consistent messages throughout the organization, in collaboration with the internal communications team and yourself.
- You work with project teams (internal and external) to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- You conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- You create and conduct training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
- You provide coaching and training for managers and employees to facilitate acceptance of changes.
- You monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management measures and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- You identify and manage anticipated resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate it.
- You identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, communication, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- You have experience in leading and executing large change projects and managing deadlines.
- You possess strong skills in designing change processes and a "can-do" mentality.
- You have a systemic consulting or coaching qualification.
- You have a solid understanding of change management principles, methods, and tools.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- You think dynamically and strategically and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You can engage and involve stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
- A certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
- You enjoy working with international colleagues and are willing to travel internationally occasionally.
