Your tasks

Do You See Yourself Working As a Change Manager, And Would Like To Accompany People, Departments, And Organizations In Their Change Processes? Are You Interested In Agile Working Models, And Aren’t Afraid Of Expanding Your Horizon? If So, Then You Will Have The Opportunity To Contribute To The Following:

1. Implementing change management processes – from the formulation of strategic guidelines and their implementation to long-term incorporation of changes.
2. Promoting cultural transformation by, for example, selecting suitable communication strategies and implementing them.
3. Development of change management concepts and the planning of their deployment using suitable tools.
4. Supporting the development of change stories.

Your Profile

Besides having completed degree (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, psychology or equivalent), we are looking for individuals that are assertive and have strong communication skills. You should be capable of a methodical application of your knowledge and are able to do so to solve complex problems. In addition, you can think outside the box. Concepts such as SCRUM, OKR, and SAFe should ideally be familiar to you, and you work conscientiously in a goal-oriented manner. You also ideally have experience within the automotive industry and/or business consulting.
