Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking a Chinese speaking CEO Assistant based in Germany.
Responsibilities:
Report to the CEO, coordinate and support in local business operations issues from HR and Admin duties, finance and accounting, supply chain.
Daily/weekly communications with EU HQ and CEO on sales and operational issues and topics.
Act as the coordinator between EU teams and Suzhou HQ for all requests and approvals/decisions which requires CEO to take part in and/or approve/sign for.
Collect sales data, update sales, finance and inventory reports, coordinate local operations with HQ functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) as and when needed and requested.
Represent HQ to ensure alignment of global SOPs, processes, and policies.
Any special adhoc tasks as and when requested by the CEO regarding all operational matters locally.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese, German, Mandarin, and English.
5-8 years of working experience with a background in accounting knowledge and business operations, ideally in a trading or retail industry.
Strong analytical ability.
Bachelor degree in business.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent multi-tasking.
Hands-on expertise in PPT, Excel, and Word.
Willingness to learn about business operations and be open to new skills and tasks.
