For our Category Management department, we are looking for a Category Manager DACH (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
- Identification of customer and category potentials based on qualitative and quantitative trade, shopper, and consumer insights.
- Conducting analyses and deriving recommendations based on category insights to improve business results.
- Create plans and implement category vision and channel strategy for responsible category.
- Driving Net Revenue Management (NRM) initiatives to enhance profitability through optimized pricing, promotions, and product mix.
- Development and implementation of category management activities including assortment plans and placement concepts in close cooperation with our trade partners.
- Contributing in best practice exchange, networking, and projects.

- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the areas of category management, shopper marketing, (customer) marketing, sales, or in a comparable position with a strong understanding of customers, shoppers, and consumers.
- Confident handling of market data, consumer panels, and POS sales data.
- Advanced strategic and analytical skills.
- Effective communication.
- Proficiency in Power-BI is a plus.
