Capital Projects Engineer (Flux Feeder)

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Flux Feeder team as Project Manager Flux Feeder. Reporting to our Technical Director, you will act as project lead and will be responsible for the sales and order management process in cooperation with the international flux feeder team. You will closely collaborate with our sales organization and will take the responsibility to construct flux feeder machines and bring them into service at our customer's sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales offer preparation
2. Construction and implementation of flux feeder machines at the property of the customers
3. Support of spare part business
4. Counterpart for sub-suppliers
5. Responsible for full project lifecycle: follow up of flux feeder projects from first customer requests until final implementing phase

Requirements:

1. Technical education in electric, mechanics or another related field or equivalent professional experience
2. +5 years of experience in machine building, preferably in the steel industry
3. Problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
4. Ideally knowledge in equipment sales
5. Ability to identify customer needs and to develop customized solutions / technical problem solving
6. Basic SAP experience
7. Customer oriented and open minded, right mindset to build up a good relationship with customers
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Strong communication skills and knowledge of international work environment
10. Fluent in German and English
11. High commitment to safety standards
