Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Assist German-speaking customers via email, chat, and calls, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Process Optimization:
- Help improve customer support processes for German-speaking clients by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to address customer feedback and improve user experience.
