Atlas Copco is actively seeking motivated individuals to join its PLM team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for solving problems within a global environment. The CAD/PLM Expert will play a crucial role in managing the interface between our PLM system (Enovia) and CAD systems (SolidWorks and Creo). Serving as a liaison between real-world business requirements and available out-of-the-box solutions, the CAD/PLM Expert reports to the PLM Program Manager within the Gas and Process Division.
Your role
- Manage interfaces between PLM (Enovia) and CAD (SolidWorks, Creo)
- Define the divisional CAD strategy and support PLM integration
- Provide second-line support for CAD users regarding the PLM/CAD connector
- Conduct data migration from other systems into Enovia
- Define processes, templates, and workflows across all global sites
- Document solutions in the internal Wiki to build a knowledge base for training and support
- Enhance user acceptance
- Governance over divisional CAD System landscape
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, coupled with experience in a related field
- An understanding of Enovia & Concepts
- Experience with MQL, TCL
- 5+ years of CAD experience (SolidWorks and/or Creo preferred)
- Several years of experience with Engineering systems (PLM/PDM)
- Experience with data CAD migration
- Experience with data cleansing/restructuring
