You will be responsible for buying services across our main office locations for one of our main Categories (Professional Services, FM, RnD).
Oversee the supplier base within your Category and lead negotiations across locations, using appropriate e-sourcing tools and techniques (RFQ, Ariba).
Executing procurement tasks according to the global strategy while ensuring high quality projects and services.
Close cooperation and alignment with operational, global procurement, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of tasks.
Support Business Partnering to drive continuous improvement through cost-saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes, and tracking savings.
Ensure compliance with Essity procedures, purchasing policy, and financial instructions.
University-/BA-/BS-College degree within a relevant field (Business, Economics) and at least 2 years of experience in procurement with demonstrated strategic sourcing competence.
Experience with indirect services (HR, FM, Professional Services) and in supporting multi-functional projects in an international work environment.
You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, change-rich, complex matrix organization with evolving priorities.
Good knowledge of contract law.
You are an independent self-starter who takes ownership of your tasks and is motivated by delivering high service levels and exceptional results.
Fluent in English (written and oral) is a must; a second language is preferred.
