Business Travel Consultant

As an aviation company, we are looking for a Business Travel Consultant (w/m/d) to support our internal business travel department at our Hamburg office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Booking and coordinating of flight crew proceedings for their rotations based on internal travel policies, including flight, hotel and rental car in line to the budget, the adequacy for the crews and the calculation of flight duty regulations.
• Arrangement of Training and Corporate travel (simulator, check flights etc.).
• Processing all the related documentation.
• Tickets Issuance and Refunds.
• General administrative tasks.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory.
• A successfully completed Diploma as a Travel Consultant (f/m/d) with a focus on business travel or equivalent.
• You’re committed to providing excellent levels of service to our flight crews and colleagues.
• You’re able to think 'out of the box', have a “CAN DO” attitude to problem solving and are able to work under pressure with great attention to detail.
• In-depth IATA knowledge including the use of a Central Reservation System such as:
• Sabre
• Amadeus
• Travelport
• Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work as part of the team.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of travel tech tools such as Cytric, Concur, Atriis and Umbrella would be an advantage.
